There is a known issue causing mod mismatch errors or servers to not be visible due to Structures+. Ark updated the game client on the 20th October with changes to mod files for S+ causing a conflict overall with the mod and client files with affected users.

There are steps to resolve it and it's been discussed at length on the S+ mod page.

The steps to follow generally follow our standard guidance on cleanly uninstalling all mods on the client side but its only required to do S+ in this case: https://help.serverblend.com/en/article/how-to-uninstall-your-ark-mods-client-side-1yepnj8/

These are client-side steps, not server-side.

  • Close the game
  • Unsub from the Structures+ mod from the Steam client on your PC. (Server should be visible straight away in-game).
  • Delete the files for it Structures+ by going to ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods** and delete the directory/folder "731604991" and the "731604991.mod" file on your PC. (Not the server).
  • Delete the workshop stored file in the download area by going to SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\346110** and deleting the directory/folder "731604991" and the "731604991.mod" file
  • Resub to the mod or load the game and join your server and let it download the mod, which will re-subscribe you to the mod. (May time out depending on download speed/disk speed just join again).
  • Let it load mods and join.

If in doubt uninstall S+ on the server and install to grab new files but the server-side files were not touched as no update released for the servers. It is vital all gamers joining your servers run these steps if you use structures+ as this is a client-side issue.

**Paths above will vary based on your installation paths.
