Please read this email in full as it talks about some important information about issues regarding emails


Due to increased popularity and growth of Server Blend we decided it was time to transfer our website to a new provider requiring an extended website down time at the beginning of May. This has now been completed and the move will allow further growth to the Server Blend brand. This email contains important information regarding recent issues.

During the transfer and setup of our systems within the new provider certain features of Server Blend website including email issues became apparent. We are currently investigating and fixes will be applied as soon as possible. All game servers remain uneffected by these issues.

Over the past few days you may have received lots of duplicate emails from us, for this we sincerely apologise as we know how awful it is to fill you inbox when trying to receive otherwise important emails. This was a bug in our system, which started after the recent website maintenance, and it will be resolved very quickly. We sincerely apologise about this. if you wish to raise any concerns about this, please let us know by submitting a ticket through your client area.

Any emails you have sent directly to support@serverblend.com may not have been received by us, this is because at this time we are experiencing an issue with sending these emails into our system, therefore you will have received a bounce email when sending it. We are investigating this and we apologise about the inconvenience. For the meantime, please submit a ticket or reply to one, by logging into your client area, do not reply or send directly to support@serverblend.com whilst this issue remains as they will not be received.
